植物简介 Descriptions
原产于厄瓜多尔潘吉（Pangui）州 ，潘吉镇（El Pangui）地区，至秘鲁之间亚马逊盆地。潘集斜叶龟背竹叶片质感偏软，开洞较一般龟背竹更大，尤其生长至成体后叶片开洞非常大，几乎看不到次级开洞产生。
Tips：斜叶龟背竹广泛分布于中美洲和南美洲。其模式标本具有大而圆形至椭圆形的叶子，生长在中美洲；你越深入亚马逊盆地，就越频繁地发现具有明显裂口的植物。马蒂乌斯在《巴西植物志》中将该物种描述为斜叶龟背竹变种 expilata。
Native to the Amazon Basin between the region of El Pangui, Pangui Province of Ecuador and Peru. The leaves of Monstera obliqua cf Pangui are relatively soft in texture. The holes in the leaves are larger than those in ordinary Monstera. Especially when it grows to adulthood, the holes in the leaves are very large, and almost no secondary holes are produced.
Tips: Monstera obliqua is widespread throughout Central and South America. The nominal form has large, round to elliptical leaves and grows in Central America; the further you go into the Amazon basin, the more frequently you find plants with pronounced slit formation. Martius described this species in Flora Brasiliensis as Monstera obliqua var. expilata.
